General Cancellation Conditions
You can book free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or amended within this period, no fees will be charged.

If you cancel or change your booking after 14 days before the arrival date, half of the amount will be charged.
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Changes to the reservation (e.g., changes in the dates of stay) are allowed up to 14 days before arrival at no additional charge. After this time, penalties may apply based on availability and changes requested.

For the non-refundable rate, the full amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation.
